Get a GST invoice for your Pro subscription

Indian businesses can claim input tax credit on their SendMe subscription. Here's how.

If you're paying for SendMe Pro from a business account, you can get a GST-compliant invoice with your company GSTIN on it.

Adding your GSTIN

Open Profile → Billing → 'Business invoice'. Enter your registered legal name, GSTIN, and billing address. Save. From your next payment onwards, the invoice will automatically include these details.

Where to find past invoices

Profile → Billing → Invoice history. Each invoice is a PDF you can download. We issue an invoice for every successful payment, and a credit note for every refund.

What GST is charged

We charge 18% GST on SendMe Pro for Indian customers. This is reflected on the invoice. International customers (where SendMe is supplying services across the border) are not charged GST.

Backdating an invoice

We can't backdate invoices that were already issued without a GSTIN. If you added your GSTIN after a payment, write to finance@sendme.co.in and we'll issue a credit note plus a fresh invoice for the same period.
